Yes, he can still veto, in which case the bill goes back to Congress for a veto override vote. If the House votes on the override the same way they voted today, and Senate similarly, then the veto will be overridden.

I remember seeing something that gave me the impression that theaters got all three endings and listed which ending -- "A", "B", or "C" -- was shown at each showtime.
