I think you have a cognative miss match between what you expect these products to be and what they are. These are tech first, tech focused, and tech forward. They have an upgrade cycle just like all other tech. We can split hairs about what that time frame is all we want. Won't change anything.

DNC has so focused their outreach programs, they are relying on word of mouth for grown. RNC/GOP were cockroach level pervasive in setting up community centers and outreach programs in blue states. They've been working the margins for years. DNC/Dems.... Crickets.
