Ad hominems meant to distract. These persons utilized an unapproved medium for highly classified comms. This was a spillage. All were participants. Likely TS-SCI.
As for the deceitful accusations, it wasn't subterfuge that got him added. It was stupidity by whoever was the admin for it.

This is a legal term. It's not a gut reaction. Thus far, there has not been a singular piece of fraud found to date. The IGs are the purpose driven entities tasked with rooting out fraud, waste, and abuse. They have been musked, and no new ones have been appointed.
