If China fulfills the 12M-ton purchase commitment by year's end, the 2025 total would be ~18M tons--a 33% drop from the 26.8M tons exported in 2024 under Biden.

One step might be to use something like an Amber Alert to report possible ICE abductions.

This might eventually compel ICE to acknowledge who they’ve taken but also alert the public to abductions as well as helping find any children now without caregivers.
