Don't mention the fact that the first Christmas trees to be set up here came from... Germany.

The right does so love Christmas. Not the spirit of it. Not the actual religious significance of it. Just the name and the trappings.

I'm a better Christian than any of them, and I'm not one.

Why are these morons so lacking in any knowledge of history? It's not even distant history. Christmas trees were introduced by those foreigners she hates so much. 'Patriots' who don't know the first thing about their country's past. 🙄

It's not illegal migration that's tearing the country apart; it's the inhumanity of a certain faction and the constant hate-mongering of the likes of Farage. They stand against everything that most of us stand for. And now, Labour stands with the right. It's disgusting.

An insignificant little person with the IQ of a dead ferret who will say and do anything to be noticed. Perfectly happy to cheer on a paedophile if it gets her airtime. Disgusting.

Fag smoke everywhere, men's hands everywhere, racism was 'just telling it like it is', Jimmy Saville on TV, Bernard Manning and Jim Davidson were considered funny. Vegetarians were expected to live on nothing but cheese sandwiches.

I don't personally remember them, but the 1970s sound like a hoot.

Nessie has better things to do than pose for tourists.

Main complaint I've heard here in North Devon: 'The scenery's beautiful... but... well, after you've seen that, there's nothing to do.' 🙄
