Reminder: studies show that if 10% of drivers switch to biking it creates a 40% reduction in traffic backups. Bikers directly benefit drivers! Important that drivers understand this! If all those bikers started driving instead, commutes would get way way worse!
I guess I’m part of the “big bicycle” team (or are we a conspiracy). Really I just want a variety of safe transportation options. Bikes and e-bikes are a great way to lower carbon emissions. But we need safe systems so more people are comfortable cycling.
