Batching so I did a Teres Major sous vide at 120* and then pan finished along with three scallops from the fish market. Made a St. Agur compound butter for serving. Blue cheese bacon side salad and roasted potatoes.

What is the ballot with the most names you have ever seen at an election? In his riding, Pierre Poilievre has 90 running against him and I heard on the news that his riding will start counting voted 6 hours before the polls close. That is a bit of trivia I hope I can remember.
