Batching so I did a Teres Major sous vide at 120* and then pan finished along with three scallops from the fish market. Made a St. Agur compound butter for serving. Blue cheese bacon side salad and roasted potatoes.

Karen, I have a similar bruise. It may be related to arthritis. It often get a sharp pain when it is moved.
