I don’t get why Real ID won’t be accepted. Real ID is the equivalent of a US passport according to TSA.

I didn’t say anything about selling the land. It’s about whether the public can use the space or will be excluded by private interests.

The city leasing the land to a private enterprise to use for private for-profit professional sports is pretty much the definition of privatization of a public space.
