I heard it ends with them all (including those killed off) singing 'Kokomo'.

Yeah the torturey violence inflicted on various youngsters in it has kinda crossed the line for me a few times tbh.

What a way to go.

I still don't get why you like the third one the most! I might rewatch 1-3 soon tho (despite JD), partly to appreciate how well the vfx seem to have held up (watching the ILM doc on Disney+ helped reaffirm this).

It's inextricably linked with ILM exposure for me ofc, like 'this was the only place I saw this music being talked about'. Too bad I never went to the right places to hear it out in 2002!

The highlight of Immer (if not 'Adriano'). IDK why I was oddly sniffy about Kompakt for a while at first but this one really saw me straight.

'Clear' was undermined here by not explicitly being the Jose Diaz mix which is actually better known I think (as sampled on Missy's 'Lose Control') and much better than the original (and even to what it's openly riffing on - 'Computer World' etc.).

Speculating and (shit)posting about Lost on ILX was as much if not more fun than the show itself.

Was obsessed with Lost (way more than it deserved), only did s1 of The Wire and found it fine (started s2 but then just never carried on) and to this day only seen a few Mad Men eps.

A bit of a swizz to have D&M's first proper smooch take place while in character in the 40s dream sequence you have to say.
