I “graduated” therapy today after 2 years of going every 2 weeks 💗 we accomplished the goals we had set and I truly feel the most peace I’ve ever felt in life. Still noisy in my head but the noise is nicer now ✨

I’m proud of those leaving TikTok, but expecting everyone to abandon communities they’ve built over six years feels unrealistic. It’s okay to feel heartbroken, hesitant, or not ready to delete it. These are unprecedented times, and a little kindness and understanding go a long way 💜
