important new development in Minnesota murder case against Vance Boelter. Feds have moved to take case, not clearly with Minn's acquiescence. They will have news conference at 11 CT 12 ET. Presumably will be charging terrrorism, which carries death penalty. I'll be on @cnn at 2 PM ET to discuss.

1/ If accurate, this is almost certainly a conflict with the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits the use of the military for domestic law enforcement, including the National Guard if they are federalized.
