I’m guessing Schumer crafted the Senate cave so that he could vote ‘No’ out of fear for his seat. It’s time for the old guard to retire. We need different leadership that can meet the reality of today and the needs of everyday Americans.

These Senators joined Republicans to pass the CR with no compromise to extend ACA subsidies. So millions of Americans will end up having to drop their health insurance coverage as a result. 🤬

When a toddler whines to get their way and you ultimately give in, you’re just teaching them that you’ll bend eventually. If Dems cave, GOP learns they can do whatever they want.🤬

The Dems may cave with nothing more than a promise to have a vote regarding ACA subsidies. So even if Republicans fulfill their promise, which is questionable at best, they still would likely vote against the ACA funding - hurting millions of Americans and making the Dems look even more stupid. 🤬🤬
