BD. Un personnage est devant son médecin. Le médecin dit : Au vu de la situation à votre travail, je vais vous mettre 5 semaines d'arrêt pour dépression. Le patient demande : ça consiste en quoi ? Le médecin répond : Vous allez devoir profiter de cette période pour reprendre des forces et goût à la vie. Mais attention, pas trop ostensiblement afin de ne pas risquer que votre employeur ou vos collègues se sentent lésés... mais suffisamment pour que votre entourage ne vous abandonne pas par lassitude. Le patient dit : ça a l'air compliqué. Le médecin répond : je ne vais pas vous mentir. Beaucoup de mes patients en dépression finissent avec un burn out.
