They need to stop referring to care work as a low skilled job. It isn't. It's far from it. Give carers the respect and pay they deserve and you'll find recruitment is easier. We also lost a lot of carers due to Brexit and the mandatory COVID vaccine (which was later reversed).

As the majority of the Labour government are members of Labour Friends of Israel, they're all funded by Israel and pro-israeli businesses. The interests of Israel will always take priority with them over the needs of the country and voters they're supposed to be working for here.
