It can be an issue when the bee hotels are larger and it’s better to have a number of smaller ones which is more like mimicking the natural nesting sites and materials

Placement can be important, you want to make sure the ends of the tubes are facing the north/north east in a sunny area?

There’s plenty of other awesome native plants that are great for pollinators but I based this list also on those which are usually available from native plant nurseries, and tried to include genera from across Australia. 🇦🇺
