UPDATE: The Utah Tax Commission says 4 entities have provided proof they followed the strict new Truth-in-Taxation law and tax increases can go forward. Alpine School District (which had a $23m increase), Uintah School District, Springville and Ivins: www.fox13now.com/news/politic... #utpol #Utah
