I live in London and I've protested several times and our government won't stop supporting and sending arms to Israel.
Nothing is moving them.
In fact, the police keep trying to catch some protestors out and prosecute some of us.
I feel very helpless about all of this.

If your child was starving to death right in front of you, wouldn't you do whatever you could to save it?
On why the folks tagging you for help seem so desperate - it's because they're desperate.

Alright because this is popping up more and more- the situation in Gaza (and I don’t say this lightly) is the worst it’s been. People are being constantly displaced, no aid has gotten in for weeks and I’ve known more people have relatives die this week than any other week since it started.

one of the flotilla crew members (still trapped in the ocean awaiting safe passage to Malta) is the son of one of the nine people massacred by Israel during a 2010 humanitarian aid flotilla mission
