Got my formal diagnosis & was told to carry an ID card with me due to my shutdowns & selective mutism. I also am just. Oblivious as fuck & don't process verbal things well, if at all.
Anyways if I, someone who is not an artist with drawing, can make this on canva with 0 AI prompts, there's no excuse

i've had to go to the ER post-op twice now. once for falling to ensure sutures didn't tear & hardware didn't slip, and the second being for symptoms of a blood clot.
yeah turns out the blood clot symptoms are "normal" and just bone marrow & fluid accumulating in my calf post op for "healing" 🤨

i just felt the new tendon or ligament in my knee twitch/kinda bubble from spasming & i have never felt more disoriented in my life than from the headrush that ensued from shooting to sit up

so apparently in MPFL reconstruction with TTO there are at least three incisions made, ALL OF THEM ranging from 2CM to 4CM.
TELL ME WHY MY MAIN INCISION IS FUCKING MASSIVE.

these adaptive pairs of underwear from victoria's secret have been a literal LIFESAVER following my surgery.
i'm not allowed to weight bear for a minimum of 6 weeks on my right leg. so i get around with crutches.
but my right knee is extended & locked in the brace. so adaptive underwear?? GODSEND

not only did i build most of my bed frame by myself (despite NEVER being good at lego sets, so furniture building is... just that but harder for me), but after finishing it i knocked the shower curtain rod down in the bathroom????? why must i destroy something after building/accomplishing something?
