Wow: after 15 years, YouTube has taken down the original 'Rick Roll' video due to a "licensing issue," likely due to the acquisition of Astley's record lable.

The metadata remains, but if you click through it goes to 'video not found':

Age yourself with your first computer.

The first computer I owned on my own isn't too retro (HP Stream laptop) but the first one I ever used was this HP Pavilion my parents owned. Or at least some variant of it, I just remember it being blue and gray and running Windows 95/98/ME

Please highlight this story.

ICE stormed into the wrong house, trashed the place, and made women/girls stand outside in the rain in their underwear. ICE also stole phones, laptops, and cash savings from the family, who moved to OKC two weeks ago.

Use Signal unless you have an explicit reason not to and can explain that reason. If you can't, your reason is probably bad. Use Signal.

(Good reasons include "I am legally compelled to use something else", "I have an incredibly specific threat model and am a target of governments" and so on)

The Signal leak is a prime moment for Democrats to get caught trying. Call for resignations or impeachment hearings or both. Be omnipresent in the media demanding and explaining accountability measures. Don’t let this fade away. Treat this the way the GOP treated Hillary’s emails. Make it a thing.

Hey BlueSky!

I case you missed it:

I've created cspbypass.com
A site where you can search for known CSP bypass gadgets to gain XSS.

It already contains a bunch of useful gadgets with contributions from your favourite hackers.

If you have some CSP bypasses to share, feel free to contribute!

Decided to try out GNU IceCat out of sheer curiosity. So far the amount of annoying popups and broken sites stemming from extensions that block all non LibreJS Javascript have made me realize that "full free software" projects like this are purely for RMS and friends and useless for everyone else.
