There’s been a ton of awful shit over the past 25 years and lots of questions about “where are today’s protest songs?” Well, they just showed up in force. 3 big artists 3 new singles within a week of an event. I’ve been writing protest songs the whole time, but never seen this momentum.

…but only a majority of polling agrees with you, Tim. Why would an opposition party not only stick up for what is right, but also do it when polling says the people support it? To hand Trump / MAGA a major defeat? Why would they do that when they can send strongly worded letters?
