without a doubt, more and more people are not just budget conscious but also ethically conscious and certain types of sapphires are far more ethical than diamonds. there's actually many reasons why people chose them, that reminds me I should probably write a blog post about all those reasons!

A lot of people have a bit of a ptsd type response they are in the process of letting go because of the other place. Some people over compensate. Others not so much..it'll all shake out in the end.
