Let’s not let the governors off the hook - they agreed to this and these are their constituents ready to help when their state is in need.
Don't get it twisted. Trump is having the National Guard pick up trash to debase them. He hates the military. He is incapable of understanding anyone who would make sacrifices for the greater good. He thinks they are suckers and losers, and he's treating them as such.
