That’s not deportation. That’s kidnapping and trafficking. He would not have any papers in Uganda. So maybe it qualifies as abuse or torture as well?

Do I have this right? He was illegally deported, with no due process. Brought back on drummed up charges. Served more time. Is getting released awaiting trial. Will be picked up by ICE on Monday while he is legally ‘doing the right thing’-waiting for due process. He will be deported to Uganda?
