My daughter does mine for me. I apparently am fine with giving others jabs for blood thinners and even for my sons chemotherapy treatment. Just not giving injections to myself 🤣

Yeah... I need to lose 1.5 stone for an operation.... which could be anytime in the next 12 weeks. So grateful for anything off. But struggled to hit 1300 cals last week. So if that stays the same, I hope to be around 9lb down after the month.

Hello! Oh well done! 2nd injection done this evening. At 2.5mg. Hopefully side effects not so bad as last weds! So am prepared for the slowing of my stomach emptying and fermenting!
Got some actimel. Got a new water bottle to keep a better track of fluids too!
