On a pre MJ "diet" after 2 weeks I would only have lost a lb or not even quite a 1lb. So this is actually amazing for me. Mentally this has me looking forward to the next 2 weeks to see what we can do. #Mounjaro

I couldn't meet my protein intake today. I had a cheese protein bagel for lunch and cubed pork (no fat) and halloumi with jasmine rice for my evening meal and still didn't make it. This is darn hard work!

Feeling okay! I will look forward to weighing in this week. Need to examine how to keep my fibre up a bit more too.

But today was good. Slight food noise around my evening meal. But chose soup.

I struggled to get some food in, alongside all my protein and hit 2l of fluid. My stomach has been so full all day. Took my night time medication with 200ml of semi skimmed milk to try to get me close to yesterday's intake. #mounjaro

Surprisingly, the effect was there from waking up after injecting last night at 9pm. I struggled through my pack of breakfast biscuits and a coffee & felt very full. By 2.30pm I had to make myself a sandwich as I had no hunger whatsoever.
Evening meal was chicken & pasta.
