There are so many people with dogs now who simply don't have a clue about them or have managed to train them properly.
I always appreciate an owner who keeps their dog under control isnim passing on a bike.

One of the problems is that outside the premises, the nhs isn't responsible for the environment.
Like school streets access to NHS premises should be an ATE priority.
Parking is also often an issue.
