I take all my financial advice from Simon Harris, Sharon Ní Bheoláin and Fintan O'Toole.
An AI-generated video ad fraudulently promoting a financial scheme features faked, though convincing, images of journalists Sharon Ní Bheoláin and Fintan O’Toole, as well as Tánaiste Simon Harris.

The main achievement of the Spoil Your Vote campaign has actually been to catapult Catherine Connolly to the highest FPV % in Irish Presidential history. If they had vote for Gavin or Humphreys, she may not have achieved this. #Áras25

People are being constantly bombarded with absolute shite online, and it has driven some people mad. The world that has been created in their heads through constant propaganda is not the real world, but they are now fixated on their conspiracy driven worldview.
The number of spoiled votes suggests that we have a huge misinformation-led mental health crisis in this country. A lot of these people are clearly very unwell and the far right have swooped in to take advantage. They’re going to spiral further until the government takes the issue seriously

I've seen Connolly tallying above 50% in some FG heartlands in South Dublin. She is going to be elected with the highest first preference vote in Irish Presidential history by quite a margin #Áras25

The home of the O'Donovan family is being used as a polling station in Coolmoyne, Co Tipperary. Around 250 people are eligible to vote at the house and after they cast their ballot, they will be treated to a cup of tea, a slice of apple or rhubarb tart, or a scone | More: rte.ie/b/1540324

The main takeaway from this debate is that at least we don't have to do this again until 2032 #rtept #Áras25

Leaving politics out of this for a sec, Heather Humphreys sounds absolutely exhausted and miserable tonight. I get the impression she doesn't think she can win anymore, doesn't want to be here and just wants this election to be over. Honestly, I sympathise.

Bit of a mad soliloquy on the fox hunting there by Connolly #rtept #Áras25

Very rough patch for Humphreys there. Potentially sticky territory now for Connolly #rtept #Áras25

Connolly very polished. Unflappable. Humphreys still very nervy. #Áras25 #rtept

My big wish for the final #RTE #Áras25 debate is for Jim Gavin to re-emerge and take his place in the debate to reveal that Catherine Connolly acted on the bank's behalf to reposses the infamous apartment

The President will have to sign lots of pieces of legislation they disagree with. Is Connolly's work history not testement to her professionalism and suitability for the role? 🤔
The controversy over the Fine Gael video was raised with Heather Humphreys on the campaign trail in Gorey today.

'The point I am making is, how can you stand up and give out and criticise and castigate banks, and at the same time you’re working for them to repossess houses?' jrnl.ie/6849110
