Constitutional Law Attorney
@garyesq.bsky.social
War veteran, 9/11 first responder, attorney.
This is great news; however, if we had a functioning rule of law, Donald would be on trial for his remaining felonies. We need the DOJ OLC to change their lawless policy that a president is above the law.

So many illegal orders in such a short time. This is what happens when a criminal, constitutionally disqualified from office, is held above the law by lawless DOJ policy and not held accountable for his crimes. Hold your ground, Ellen, and thank you.

The Republic was lost when Trump was placed above the criminal law.
February 6, 2025 at 9:21 PM
If we had a functioning rule of law, Trump would be arrested by our own FBI.

It's been a constitutional crisis since the DOJ dropped his criminal charges, and we allowed a disqualified individual onto the premises. Our crew flew to the Pentagon on 9/11 when foreign enemies did attack. This is scarier. Donald has done more damage to our nation than any foreign terrorist.
February 5, 2025 at 8:26 AM
Agreed. This is no longer the country it was when founded,or the one we knew as our crew headed toward the Pentagon to secure the airspace on 9/11.

We need a proper court hearing on the DOJ OLC’s lawless king policy. This should have been addressed while AG Garland was in charge.Shame on them all.

DOJ’s policy not to indict / continue cases against a sitting/incoming POTUS is unconstitutional, defying our Founders’ vision of a govt free of monarchical immunity.

Call your Reps & DOJ OLC (202-514-2051)—demand it end so “no person is above the law in this Country,” as former AG Garland said.

The purpose of our founding documents seems to be frustrated. A criminal who conspired to violate our most fundamental rights, among other crimes, is unconstitutionally in office, doing more unlawful things. If you need another attorney to assist with legal challenges, please reach out.

Criminals don't like real police.

We need some agents and a prosecutor willing to stand up to criminal 1 and put DOJs lawless policy in the shredder.

When you allow someone to be above the law, they become more lawless.

Kash invoked the 5th Amendment not to incriminate himself before a Grand Jury, and was immunized against whatever crime it was so he could be compelled to testify in the 100% convictable classified documents case against Felon #1, his would-be boss. Scary times for the rule of law.

Why wouldn't Trump believe illegal orders are okay when he wasn't even held accountable for his crimes?!

The DOJ's policy not to indict or continue cases against a sitting or incoming POTUS is unconstitutional, defying our Founders' vision of a government free of monarchical immunity.

The rule of law died with DOJs motion to dismiss the criminal charges. It died again when the presidency became unconstitutionally held.

Nice to see you on Bluesky, Brennen Center! Unfortunate circumstances lately, now that we have a king above the criminal law, and our Supreme Court is legally and ethically compromised.

Legal Quote of the day:
Cited in the Trump v.U.S. immunity case:

“If one man can be allowed to determine for himself what is law, every man can. That means first chaos, then tyranny.”
