DOJ’s policy not to indict / continue cases against a sitting/incoming POTUS is unconstitutional, defying our Founders’ vision of a govt free of monarchical immunity.

Call your Reps & DOJ OLC (202-514-2051)—demand it end so “no person is above the law in this Country,” as former AG Garland said.

Legal Quote of the day:
Cited in the Trump v.U.S. immunity case:

“If one man can be allowed to determine for himself what is law, every man can. That means first chaos, then tyranny.”

Legal Point of the Day: The Supreme Court’s rulings on Immunity and the 14th Amendment issue should be given no consideration, as multiple justices ruled on them in violation of Federal Law - 28 U.S.C. § 455.

It’s incredible how legally weak and constitutionally unfounded the DOJ OLC policy is when it comes to shielding a President from accountability under criminal law.
