I can not either, Chris. The constitutionally disqualified criminal needs to be removed from the White House and put on trial for his remaining crimes. Until that happens, the purpose of our Constitution remains frustrated.
The United States Wasn't Founded to Have a King Above the Criminal Law.
The DOJ OLC policy that led to the dismissal of Trump’s criminal cases is constitutionally baseless and relies on precedent that undermine its own rationale.

It is a good theme, Don. The constitutionally disqualified criminal needs to be removed from the White House and put on trial for his remaining crimes. Until that happens, the purpose of our Constitution remains frustrated.

It would be nice to have an actual president, not an oligarch or a constitutionally disqualified criminal.

And a begrudgingly "Happy" Presidents' Day to J.D. Vance as well, since Donald is disqualified from holding office.

The DOJ's lawless policy is what makes him a king above the criminal law.

The DOJ under Garland/Biden should have rescinded their lawless policy to hold a president above criminal law. How did anyone think this could end well for the DOJ and our rule of law?

I wish these prosecutors would not resign. We need some with integrity left in the system. Plus, someone needs to reinstate charges against Felon #1, or the rule of law will remain lost.

We are already in a true constitutional crisis. A person who is constitutionally disqualified is acting as POTUS. Trump has been allowed to escape accountability for serious crimes and violations of our civil rights, effectively being placed a king above the rule of law through the DOJ’s OLC policy.

If an auto coup attempt and hundreds of thousands more dead from his botched COVID response wasn't enough to turn around the bottom 31.82% from his cult following, I don't know what will now. But enough is enough. The rule of law has been fully compromised, this is a constitutional crisis.

This is great news; however, if we had a functioning rule of law, Donald would be on trial for his remaining felonies. We need the DOJ OLC to change their lawless policy that a president is above the law.

So many illegal orders in such a short time. This is what happens when a criminal, constitutionally disqualified from office, is held above the law by lawless DOJ policy and not held accountable for his crimes. Hold your ground, Ellen, and thank you.
