SHILLING, COMMANDER, ET AL. The application for stay presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to the Court is granted. The March 27, 2025 preliminary injunction entered by the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, case No. 2:25-cv241, is stayed pending the disposition of the appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and disposition of a petition for a writ of certiorari, if such a writ is timely sought. Should certiorari be denied, this stay shall terminate automatically. In the event certiorari is granted, the stay shall terminate upon the sending down of the judgment of this Court. Justice Sotomayor, Justice Kagan, and Justice Jackson would deny the application.

Today I marched to the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Capitol, and the state house to protest EVERYTHING and to protect transgender rights. Lots of people drove for hours to join the march. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️💜

The application for stay presented to Justice Sotomayor and by her referred to the Court is denied for, inter alia, the following reasons. First, the alleged evidentiary violations at President-Elect Trump’s state-court trial can be addressed in the ordinary course on appeal. Second, the burden that sentencing will impose on the President-Elect’s responsibilities is relatively insubstantial in light of the trial court’s stated intent to impose a sentence of “unconditional discharge” after a brief virtual hearing. Justice Thomas, Justice Alito, Justice Gorsuch, and Justice Kavanaugh would grant the application.

Tik-Tok Ban - They're appealing to the Supreme Court, but Tik-Tok just lost their case to stop the ban in the USA. The Tor browser can be used to circumvent govt censorship, and a whole new generation of hackers is going to be born if the ban goes forward:

YSL RICO Verdict: Stillwell is guilty on possession of firearm and NOT GUILTY on the other charges. Sentenced to time served and probation. Kendrick (Yak Gotti): NOT GUILTY. Shame on Fulton County for wasting resources on this dumb RICO trial and for using their song/rap lyrics as evidence!

Mixing in Dolby Atmos is wild and may be the end of my sanity! There are 7 surround speakers, 1 bass speaker, and 4 ceiling speakers (Dolby 7.1.4). I can place 128 objects at a time in 3D space to make it sound like bullets whiz by your head, or a helicopter is flying above, etc.
