e-6695 (Consumer protection) Keywords Censorship Credit cards Internet Pornography E-petition Initiated by Carmen Tam from Waterloo, Ontario Original language of petition: English Petition details Petition to the House of Commons Whereas: Mastercard, Visa, and other payment platforms have been leveraging their power over consumer ability to purchase legal content; In 2021, Mastercard changed its policies to regulate adult entertainment by preventing the use of its payment platform on numerous adult entertainment sites; As of July 2025, video game distribution service Steam now cites rule 15, that “adult only” content is not permitted on the platform if it goes against payment processor’s policies. Steam does not describe what content is defined as “adult only”; As of July 2025, video game distribution website Itch.io has “deindexed” all adult NSFW content from browse and search pages. Users that previously purchased legitimate video games cannot access games that have been removed; and This has set an unsettling precedent of corporate censorship, causing concern in video game development teams, including developers, voice actors, and artists in other creative fields as their livelihoods are in limbo. We, the undersigned, citizens of Canada, call upon the House of Commons to 1. Stop financial discrimination by payment platforms against legal goods and services; 2. Ensure transparency to consumers about content restrictions and the rationale behind them; and 3. Protect creators' rights to make legal adult content and ensure a fair appeals process for any penalized media.

Flat color refsheet of Bluu Takasaki’s cute new Newsboy Outfit! Bluu is a water deer, currently has a slightly curvy female body shape with small fangs and antlers. Their fur is pastel blue with white blue spots, their mouth hooves and antlers are a dark green/cyan, Bluu’s eyes are a bright green! The overall color of their outfit is baby blue, with various shades of blue secondary colors. On Bluu’s head is a baby blue newsboy cap with a white band and bluish black brim. Around their neck is a light blue bow with a bright cyan gemstone in the center. Bluu is wearing a white blouse with puffy long sleeves, where the shirt is form fitting across the torso such that it accentuates Bluu’s breasts. On the cuffs of the sleeves are small light blue bows. Bluu is also wearing a baby blue vest that is similar in shape to a corset, further showing off their breasts. The vest is struggling to stay buttoned due to Bluu’s curvaceous body, where bluish black suspenders are used to hold the vest up against their badonkers. There is also a vintage gold pocket watch hanging from Bluu’s left pocket, with its chain wrapped around one of the two buttons on the vests. On Bluu’s bottom are bluish black high-waist shorties. On Bluu’s right thigh are white thigh-highs held up by thin bluish black belt wrapped around the thigh. On the left leg, there is a loose fitting white sock worn at calves, similar to a Japanese gyaru, with a light blue ribbon and bow at the top of the socks.
