Matt is a super writer. Whether you need a wedding speech people will be laughing about for years, or a comedy script, Matt's your man.
Re the previous quote Tweet (or whatever the heck you call it on here). Like @mooseallain.bsky.social I don’t enjoy advertising my services on here, “selling myself” isn’t my thing and agents aren’t taking new clients. I know, “boo-hoo!” but people have to understand it’s necessity.

Appeals against deportation on human rights grounds are vanishingly rare - less than one per cent of foreign national offenders remain in the UK on human rights grounds. So changing how the Convention is interpreted won’t make a material difference to migration figures
Labour’s plan risks weakening protections for all of us. Human rights are universal - politicians may not always find them politically convenient but it shouldn’t fall to any government to say who those rights should and should not apply to. It’s a slippery slope to oblivion youtu.be/bl0Lm7v_T18?...

Blows my mind that at the shops, most of the bananas on the shelves are wrapped in plastic.

They already come wrapped! That's one of the main things about a banana! Is this our first time meeting a banana, Mr Asda?

The Overton Window has been replaced by a complete set of bifold doors.
Immigration is NOT tearing this country apart.

Politicians like Farage and Mahmodo are tearing it apart by their divisive rhetoric and dishonest framing of the known facts behind immigration.

I despise them for it.

Now 10 years here isn’t long enough. It has to be 20 years.

What a disgrace.
