Driving from the country to Melbourne…the city starts an hour earlier in the drive than when I was a child. When are we going to say enough spreading, and time to build upwards?
Mum used to tell me that as a child she could see Footscray from our house, as there were only paddocks there, but now it's all houses.
In my time we would drive to St. Leonards, and it was mostly paddocks, but is now mostly built up.
Yet nature dying has nothing to do with population growth?
