Tips for travelling in Japan. Don’t bother paying for breakfast in the hotels. They’re expensive and not worth the money. Meat. All meat is raw or very rare. Not just the fish. Fancy a Carbonara? With raw ham? Don’t bother asking for anything to be prepared differently. It won’t happen.
