As the federal government crumbles around us, I ask myself again, what is the endgame for these maniacs? Even the theory of enrichment at the expense of everyone else doesn’t hold water. So I guess it must be destruction; simple, pure chaos-driven destruction.

The premise that government is inherently evil and corrupt will lead to terrible consequences for most Americans including, but not limited to: unsafe food, undrinkable water, unsafe work conditions, lack of appropriate and affordable medical care, and increases in preventable diseases. #Trump?

In a recent poll by YouGov/The Economist, 59% of Republicans said they believed all of Trump’s executive orders were constitutional. Mind you, this includes the executive order rescinding birthright citizenship, a right specifically granted by the 14th Amendment. That is how far gone they are.

This is interesting. A Republican congressman, part of the house leadership no less, is offering office hours to his constituents to “receive help” with navigating federal agencies. Now why would his constituents need extra help figuring out how to get payments and services from the government?

I don’t think I’ll ever understand why strength is seen as a masculine trait. Makes me wonder if some of these pundits have ever actually talked to women or more to the point, listened to them.

In the new America, common political and religious words and phrases are completely detached from common understanding. For example, freedom of speech means freedom of rich white men to do and say whatever they want, while everyone else is punished for calling out said rich white men.

Throughout history one of the most profound mistakes made by poor and middle class people (in American historically white and male) is to assume they have more in common with wealthy people like Trump and Musk than with everyone else. They don’t. And it’s obvious they don’t to everyone except them
