Just went and got my hair did. Had a barber I don’t usually have and he started asking me if I like any sports. Then about football. Then boxing. Then fishing. He tried, bless him.

It’s done. Held his paw as he drifted off and made sure we were the last thing he saw. My brave little boy. I know it’s the right thing to do, but it hurts so much.
The absolute worst news today. My darling Aaron has been slowly fading for a while and now he’s reached the point we feared. Kidney failure and other complications have meant it’s time to say goodbye. I’m devastated. He’s my beautiful smiley boy. I can’t be without him #EnglishSetter

Monday has done its darndest to test me today. My youngest pup has had a stomach upset. First thing this morning there was an unholy amount of doggy diarrhoea on the kitchen floor and she’s repeated that throughout the day. I’m not sure my nose will ever be able to smell properly again.
