Good on the NYT for suing DOD. Reminds me of why I refuse to resubscribe to the Washington Post after it’s epic failure last election cycle.

My thoughts are with NYPD Officer Sharjeel Waris as he recovers after being injured in the line of duty.
Officers like him—and all who responded in Brownsville today—risk their lives to protect us from gun violence. I'm grateful for their service and the sacrifices they make to keep us safe.
