I live in a rural town. I’m a full time working mom. I’m fucking broke. All I see everywhere is people yelling about what is happening in the US and how we’re just letting it happen. It’s fascism and it’s happening. What can we do?

Well, I’ve never loved Meta. But the recent moves of the zuck and Meta as a whole have me wanting to delete Facebook and (sadly) instagram. Instagram is where I happy scroll, so that would be hard. But I feel so discarded by the big guys.

Since the swell of anger immediately following the election has dulled and I had to discontinue my wallow and get back to maintaining my household and being present for my wife and daughter, I’ve found it hard to engage with anything political so I’m falling into an uninformed state.
