I mentioned how I planned to adapt the Bookworm project from #100DaysOfSwiftUI into a version for games. Well, I made it a full project! Using both the Bookworm app and Moonshot for design and as a skill pool, I’m starting with their concepts but plan to add my own ideas.
Been working on a diary/journaling app. Lots of what I plan to implement is in the courses next few lessons, and I can apply it directly. The design’s just a placeholder , but I’m making progress.Docused on separating views and tweaking details today. This one, I’ll eventually plan to publish.

So over Christmas I’ve been actually working on a Diary/Jornal App. My other project is on a pause rn because my goals are currently over my skill keels but we’ll get back to that. So far I have data saving, and entry done. I still have to come up with a unniquie design and more features.

I managed to get back I to the #100DaysOfSwiftUI Flow. Only half an hour a day (my lunch break) but enough to slowly chip away off the current challenge I’m working on. My Commit Graph starts to recover again ☺️

Next update on my side project
Since I just learned about iCloud implementation, I immediately and successfully added it, so you games synch across devices.
Other then that u spend today reworking the UI, and refactoring my code into more separate Views. It’s coming together nicely.

First Update for my side project.

The hardest part? ’m not a designer... and I’m struggling to come up with a UI that I like. That said, I’ve managed to put something together. The current colors are just placeholders—I’ll revisit once most of the work is done to finalize a cohesive theme.

One request I often get for the #100DaysOfSwiftUI is adding share buttons for other social networks. Honestly, I don't know *how*, particularly with federated services. So, I've taken a different approach: every day now has text you can copy/paste anywhere. I hope it helps! 🙌

The challenges today were really easy. Either I’m getting better at this, or I was just lucky today. I’m considering rewriting the project but with a focus on games… once I can find the time for that. For now, the learning continues!
