This doesn't look real. I've known more than a few people like Vance and Hegseth, and even if they had the *ability* to spell and punctuate (rare), they didn't bother in private conversations.

If the provenance is real, this smells of set-up to me.

Almost certainly Elizabeth Bathory, with it taking an extra-dark turn because the Habsburgs couldn't really argue that sexual deviancy was worth removing her power while arguing it should be given to *them* (and their unbranching family tree).
