So I get a lot of subscriptions from quality writers to read directly to my inbox. As I read Judd Legum's latest in Popular Information, I'd swear I was reading the Borowitz Report.

Every single seat across the country needs to be in a contested race. There are no more "safe" districts. We need to engage more voters and maximize the momentum! No free passes, even in districts +50! (if those exist). Putting up opposition gets the message out!

The Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929 needs to be revisited. This rule capped the House at 435 members.
