People with no criminal records now make up the largest group in ICE detention.

They’re also holding children for longer than twenty days after ripping them away from their families.

They’re deporting people in persistent vegetative states.

They’re committing crimes against humanity.

Reminder that Russia is planning terrorist attacks in the US, Canada, and Europe. Also, that on the 2024 US election day Russia sent terrorist threats to primarily democrat polling stations to aid Donald Trump. It's all connected.

Pam Keith speaks the truth. We need bold messaging with simple words and a charismatic spokesperson.

Now!!!
Please not that all of the GOP members are on the same messaging page, blaming all job losses and inflation on Biden.

What is the cohesive Dem message?

Oh wait…we don’t have one.

Dems are out here saying what they are saying, but we do not have any spokesperson saying that the tariffs are to

So I get a lot of subscriptions from quality writers to read directly to my inbox. As I read Judd Legum's latest in Popular Information, I'd swear I was reading the Borowitz Report.

But it's not satire, it's f'n reality.

I hate this timeline.

They are doing things the right way and this fascist cruel administration targets them. So wrong.

So very very wrong.
The Trump administration pulled legal immigrants at the last minute before their naturalization ceremony. Immigrants lined up to become U.S. citizens in Boston on Dec. 4 were pulled out of line by USCIS officials moments before taking the oath.

I heard that now they're placing people who criticize ICE under surveillance. I want it to be known to the entire world that I despise ICE to the core and I think their entire institution should be abolished. They are cruel, inhumane, and are examples of the worst of humanity

Fuck ICE Fuck Fascism.

According to a new study, members of Congressional leadership perform 47% better in stock market trades than their rank-and-file peers, thanks to access to nonpublic information.

Today would be a great day to ban ALL elected officials from trading stock, don't you think?

Every single seat across the country needs to be in a contested race. There are no more "safe" districts. We need to engage more voters and maximize the momentum! No free passes, even in districts +50! (if those exist). Putting up opposition gets the message out!

Department of Defense Law of War Manual, Sec. 18.3.2.1 states the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders.

What’s its key example? Wait for it . . . It’s "orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

Why was Hegseth et al never held accountable for using a Signsl chat.

Our govt has encrypted proprietary communications. The biggest issue seemed to be the inclusion of the journalist and H’s family, but not the use of Signal itself.

We have a major security and information problem.

The Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929 needs to be revisited. This rule capped the House at 435 members.

Our population has grown such that smaller states now have more reps, proportionally to their population, than larger states (heck, CITIES!) do. A voter in L.A. is less strong than WY voters.
