Seriously can't do Musk anymore!

Lowe doesn't need the money but the 'thrill' of engagment can be just as corrupting as the love of cash & if engagement/cash increase according to the extremity of the opinions expressed then you need integrity to resist the temptation to become ever more offensive. This is what Musk has engineered.
Human trafficking.

Rupert Lowe makes more money from using Elon Musk’s website than any other MP.

There is money to be made from mass deportations and talking about mass deportations.

This is like listening to a dictatorship. Horrifying. These men could have ended this over a year ago, saving thousands of lives, and we are listening to them blowing smoke up each other's fundaments while the poor people in Gaza dig their dead out of the ground.

This made me laugh - in a world where that's increasingly tough.

Whilst clearly I don't agree with Frosts assessment, these people are astonishing. Has he entirely forgotten the omnishambles that was the last 5 Tory PMs and the wrecking ball they took to our country, so that now, 15 years on, it's impossible to identify something (anything) that's working better.
It's sort of marvellously funny that Frost (or The Spectator, for that matter) seem completely unaware that they are perfectly describing Frost's Brexit negotiations in the first paragraph, the Brexit referendum in the second, and Boris Johnson in the third. Perfect projection. ~AA

Religious zealots are selective over religious text - classic example - being gay is a worse 'sin' than several of the 10 commandments.
There should be no place for religion in politics.
But given Vance's audience is the Bible belt - how much will this be reported?

This is truly shocking. If Daily Mail columns, Dan Hodges had said this about Israeli children, his career would be over. And rightly so.
Exactly how is it okay then, to say this about Palestinians?
Just disgusting.

WOW! Take 5 folks and listen to this incredibly brave pastor.
The faces on the Trump clan say it all, but it's him that's claiming messianic status.

@shelaghfogarty.bsky.social can you share the link to that Ken Clark interview you just played? We don't hear enough sensible commentary on these things.

I would love to do this BUT the country has not been managed for years, largely due to the strategic bandwidth being taken up with Brexit. We need a government focussed on the UK for a while, but I truly hope we can rejoin at some point.

Surely, by 2016, austerity had taken out 20k police officers and 20k support staff. The reduced capacity meant they simy couldn't come out to burglaries, etc... anymore - thus confidence in them plummeted.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social @lbc.co.uk we must protect children first - so age is huge in this issue. I was put to bed during the Cuban missile crisis by parents who believed we might all be dead by morning. I knew nothing about it. That's good parenting - certainly of primary age children.

A word on the Allison Pearson free speech row, and what she describes as a ‘Kafkaesque’ threat to it. We asked her on @thenewsagents.bsky.social to discuss.
She said: ‘No. And if you get any aspect of the story wrong my lawyers will be watching.’

Imagine sitting down for a drink or a meal with people whose company you enjoyed & being told by management that half of the table would be now occupied by people who just wanted to shout ‘C**t’ at you. The exodus has absolutely nothing to do with ‘opinions’. Media reports must reflect this more.
