Admittedly, I'm a layman in politics and espionage. Considering the reporting that the Trump adm. no longer considers Russia a cyber security threat, combined with DNI Tulsi Gabbard being accused of being a Russian asset, it seems obvious that Europe must stop sharing intelligence with the USA.
