I called this "mindfulness" for now cuz lately i have felt stressed and depressed with alot on my mind and when i saw this in my head it kind of brought me out of that mindset. you can choose to let everything anchor you down or rise above all the bullshit.

My cat just stepped on the remote and turned the TV sound off.

I guess you could say he mewted it.

I had this symbol flash in my head last night and it kept flashing as if i needed to draw it. when I would see it it was almost as it was being very specific that the arrow needed to be pointing toward the V. what that means I'm not sure but it felt important.
