I may not have found out that i have savior syndrome after I helped out a friend with their relationship.
They told me a pretty pin point description of what it is, which I'm honestly baffled by. Finally knowing why I've been acting the way I have is a big weight lifted off of my chest

For those failing to get the "copilot" AI off their Microsoft Word --
If you proceed with canceling Microsoft Office, you'll get a "wait wait don't go!" screen where they suddenly offer you "Microsoft 365 Personal Classic" -- which *doesn't include AI* and is actually cheaper! Weird workaround.
