Here's a fixed animation that had some other issues; eating. The hands would just go and make an X. Sometimes with #indiegame dev things have to be done quick, so it wasn't implemented properly.
Still it was something that bothered me and is now finally resolved.

Since our characters do now have HPs and can be injured, we've added animation for injuries as well.
But the one we've got for the idle was walking... so I've reduced the motion and added some tweaks. Bottom is masked and using the idle.

One reason for the disappearing parts: we have four body types: "regular", "buff", "thin" and "round". Additionally, since the last update we've added female characters. So while an animation might be totally fine for some characters, arms will disappear for others.

There'll be 5 jobs with 4 different body types + quite an amount of new head / eye etc. models.

I guess this will be patched (👀) out of the game, but personally I really dig the Kill Bill nurse in our game.

The visual with all the gauges showing 0 pressure made me giggle tho. 😀
