Wonderful hubby bought me Game of Life to replace a lost copy. It has changed but still lots of fun without having to think too hard. I know it can be looked down upon but we had lots of fun. Xx

Does anyone else seem to go into shock when they have been sick? I cannot cope and have no idea how to tidy up afterwards. Is it an ADHD thing or just me being weird?

Just watched #Strictly on catch up. What a truly deserving winning couple. I hope they release a documentary on how she actually did that!!! She is inspirational. Loved the joy as well from Vito and Aljaz when the winners were announced. Love them both!!!!

As a child we had these deathtrap roundabouts. We'd sit on top, cling on for dear life, tipping our heads back, letting the wind take us. The lack of focus as we spun, the nausea, the thrill. This is how I now describe my ADHD head. As it slows, as things focus some bugger comes and spins it again!

Headaches, catastrophising, contingency planning, possible crisis management plans. All part of my ADHD head. I have plans for what to do if my plans fail. Are any of these scenarios likely to happen? Nope....but I still have plans.

Whilst driving at 20mph in London felt unnatural I appreciated the calmer driving experience it created for someone not used to driving in Central London. I felt less afraid.

Definitely need to share @mrswilliams21c.bsky.social post because I know it is only 2 weeks till winter break for most people but I know many teachers are tired and running on fumes. Teaching is too difficult of a job to do well alone, reach out and help each other.

Kindness. It can be the simplest thing. A smile, a greeting, a compliment. It could be the difference that somebody needs today. It's free and so easy to do. Just do it ....please.

The saying the straw that broke the camel's back is a regular occurrence with ADHD. It shoves us to our knees and the overwhelm is huge yet we have to keep trying. Not trying simply isn't an option - especially when DXd children are also reliant on you to advocate for them. #adhd
