It is, to me, interesting that mine has gotten worse since being perimenopausal and even worse when I am stressed. I believe that trauma and stress lessen the ability to deal with ourselves which intensifies our responses (lack of?) if any of that makes sense. 🥺

I discovered IN9 late...when I saw Twitter explode about their fave TV show being replaced by a "dodgy gameshow with Lee Mack" followed quickly by "Well Played No9. Well played". I watched to see what the fuss was about then binged watched (twice). Gutted it is over.
